1. What this is
SubsidyShield provides general information about the Child Care Subsidy: a withholding estimator, a mid-year change router, an annual runbook, and rule-change updates. It is not financial advice, tax advice, or legal advice, and it is not a Services Australia service.
2. Purchase and delivery
The annual plan is A$29 per year (AUD, GST incl.), delivered digitally after purchase. Access runs 12 months from purchase.
3. Refunds
Our voluntary guarantee: 30-day money-back promise. If the runbook isn't useful to you, request a refund within 30 days of purchase. No arguments; refunds are processed within 5 business days. This voluntary guarantee sits alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and does not limit them.
Australian Consumer Law: Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Refunds: No change-of-mind refunds outside our 30-day money-back promise. ACL consumer guarantees apply as above.
4. Currency
Content is refreshed each July for the new CCS year, with rule-change updates as rules move. CCS rules can change at any time: only Services Australia determines entitlements, so confirm current rules with them before acting.
5. Limits
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for reconciliation outcomes, debts, or costs arising from reliance on this general information.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
